At Kwetu African Cuisine, we take great pride in preparing every order with care, quality, and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are considered final.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under the following conditions:

Once food has left the store

Once food has been touched, opened, or handled

If an order is altered, transported, or stored improperly after pickup

If a customer changes their mind after purchase

Order Accuracy

We encourage all customers to review their orders before leaving the store. If there is an issue with your order before you leave, please let us know immediately so we can address it on the spot.

Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please notify us at the time of pickup. We will gladly assess the situation and make it right when possible.

Delivery Orders

For delivery orders prepared through third-party partners, refund or cancellation requests must be handled directly through that delivery service, following their policies.
